Policies

• Each course has a separate registration fee that is mandatory
• Any student who wishes to be a listener has to register by paying the registration fee for the course, separate for each course.
• All registered students will have to pay the Fee quarterly unless permission has been sought from the management to pay monthly.
• All fee payments should be made on or before due date (by 5th of the month)
• A registered student is liable to pay the fee until withdrawn from the course (by duly submiting a letter to the management)
• Under a reported absentism/long absence – however continuing with the course after resuming from the absentism, a student is liable to pay the full fee that is due (and the student will continue to receive all resources, continue group sessions, makeup tests, and assignments and will be eligible for certificate fulfilling the criteria for the course)
• Under a reported absentism/long absence – however discontinuing the course after resuming from the absentism, a student is not liable to pay any fee that is due but will continue as a registered listener ( and the student will not cotinue to receive any resources, no compulsion on attending group sessions, will not be writing the tests or assignments, and will not be eligible for certificate)
• Under a reported absentism/long absence – however continuing with the course after resuming from the absentism, a student is liable to pay the full fee that is due, however the student is not able to pay the due amount due to circumstances, in that case, a student may submit a letter for the same, and the management will arrange for scholarship and clear the dues and the student will still continue with the course (and the student will continue to receive all resources, continue group sessions, makeup tests, and assignments and will be eligible for certificate – fulfilling the criteria for the course)
• Institute reserves the rights to review/amend the fee schedule.
• No student, whose fee remains unpaid in full or in part, will be allowed to write the test, until the outstanding fee is received.

Note: Any Fees once paid is non-refundable
NOTE: Long absence is when a registered student has not attended a single class in a month.
